Battery with solar panel connected is always fully charged if used for Program Rain or Constant Rain.

Charge control is standard for Program Rain and Constant Rain.
Without solar panel the battery typically has to be charged
1-2 times a season for Constant Rain and
2-3 times for Program Rain.
